Career Placement Infrastructure for Your Organization
Improve placement rates, reduce counselor caseload per participant, and generate the outcomes data your funders require. One licensed platform for career centers, workforce boards, community colleges, and workforce development organizations.
Metrics That Matter to Your Funders
Each capability maps to a reportable outcome — the kind your board, your grants officer, or your WIOA performance review requires.
Resume-to-Interview Conversion
ATS-optimized resumes are projected to increase interview callback rates by up to 3x within the first month. That's a placement pipeline metric you can report on.
Interview Readiness at Scale
Voice AI mock interviews run 24/7 with role-specific question banks. Your counselors stop being the bottleneck for interview prep — participants self-serve on their own schedule.
Application Throughput
Automated tailoring reduces per-application time from 45 minutes to under 3 minutes. Participants apply to more roles, more strategically — without adding to your staff's workload.
Industry Awareness
Daily AI-curated industry briefings keep participants current on sector trends, so they walk into interviews with relevant knowledge — not stale talking points.
Everything Your Students Need, One License
Resume tailoring, skill building, and industry briefings — each addresses a different phase of the job search. All included in every institutional license.
ATS Resume Tailoring & Application Tools
Participants upload a resume and a job description; the system rebuilds the resume for that specific role. Includes cover letter automation, recruiter heatmap simulation, and gap analysis.
Adaptive Skill-Building with Spaced Retrieval
AI identifies skill gaps between a participant's current abilities and their target roles, then builds personalized curricula that enforce long-term retention through spaced retrieval practice.
AI-Curated Industry Briefings & Podcast
Daily, role-relevant industry briefings curated by AI. An auto-generated podcast makes the content accessible during commutes and downtime — no counselor time required.

How is participant data protected? +
All data is AES-256 encrypted at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We sign a Data Processing Agreement before any institutional deployment. We never sell, share, or use participant data for advertising. Participants have self-service data deletion. See our Compliance Center and DPA.
How do participants sign in? +
Participants sign in using email/password or Google OAuth. Bulk participant onboarding via CSV is in development. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
